FAQ

Are you a nanny agency?
Nope! At this time we are not offering placement services as part of our services.
The heart behind our business is to pass along our knowledge and expertise in the form of consultation services, interview prep, resumes, and more.
If you are only looking for a placement we are happy to refer you to an agency or staffing firm that we have a relationship with!

What's the difference between you and a nanny agency?
This is probably our most common question! We love agencies and will continue to refer clients to them, especially if they are looking for a placement.
However, not everyone needs the extensiveness of an agency. A lot of families just need a little bit of guidance on different topics to be able to take their next right step.
When it comes to our professional athlete clients- you deserve to speak with someone who has experienced working in those types of homes specifically, not just someone who has worked in any household. We know firsthand that there is a big difference.
And we promise not to charge you thousands of dollars and make you jump through hoops to get your questions answered!

-You are looking to hire additional household staff and aren't sure how to divide up the job responsibilities in a way that makes sense.
-You currently employ someone and are having issues and need some guidance.

What is your candidate training service?
This service was created for families to give more personalized help to potential or current candidates you employ. Here are a few examples:
-You are starting the process of interviewing potential nannies or household employees and want extra vetting from someone who has worked in.
-You are nervous about bringing someone into your household because of your unique lifestyle and want us to give specific training on what to expect. Topics could include: NDAs, privacy, social media, security in public, media, and more.

What does your interview prep include?
Interview prep is exactly what it sounds like, to help you prep for your interview!
-Going over the job description of the family you are hoping to work for.
-Practicing common interview questions and learning how to phrase your answers.
-Learning how to weave your strengths and experience into your interview to make yourself stand out even more.
-And one of the most important parts- creating your list of questions to ask the family to determine if they are the right for YOU.
